1. About us and these terms

Mango Connections is operated by Mango Dog Pty Ltd (ACN 628 425 481, ABN 33 628 425 481), registered in New South Wales, Australia.

By creating an account or using Mango Connections, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Eligibility

For non-Dating purposes, Mango Connections does not require users to disclose their age. A Dating Mango is for adults only: before creating, saving, publishing or starting a first Dating conversation, you must confirm that you are 18 or older. Mango stores that eligibility confirmation, not your date of birth, and does not display it publicly. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and for deciding what information you disclose on your page or in a conversation.

By using the service, you agree to these terms and to use Mango Connections safely and lawfully.

3. Your account

You may sign in with email and password, Google, or Microsoft when the provider is enabled. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping the chosen sign-in method secure. If it is compromised, contact us at info@mangoconnections.com.

You may connect multiple supported sign-in methods to one Mango account from account settings. Mango will not silently merge separate accounts based only on a matching email address. You must keep at least one usable sign-in method connected. Email verification is required before publishing, initiating a Dating conversation, or using paid-provider authoring features.

You may maintain multiple purpose-specific Mango profiles under one account. Do not create duplicate accounts to evade a block, suspension or safety restriction.

4. What Mango Connections is

Mango Connections is a platform that allows users to:

• Create separate public profiles for dating, professional, commercial, medical-information, safety, finder and other supported purposes
• Generate a unique link, QR code and supported presentation for each profile
• Receive and send messages from people who scan their QR code
• Print or save supported QR presentations themselves

Mango Connections is not a matchmaking service and makes no representations about the suitability of any person you may encounter through the platform. We are a communication tool, not a dating agency.

5. Your content

You own the content you create on Mango Connections — your profile page text, messages, and any other material you submit. By publishing content on the platform, you grant Mango Dog Pty Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mango Connections to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information about yourself
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or advertising
• Post sexual content, explicit material, or content that sexualises minors in any way
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform
• Use commercial profiles or contact details for spam, deceptive marketing or unlawful trading
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

7. Public pages

When you publish a profile, all fields you approved for that Mango are accessible to anyone with the link — no account required. This can include text sections, photos, links, video, optional email or phone details, broad city/region context written into an approved objective or page section, and purpose-specific medical or safety information. Mango does not publish a profile-level street or home address. Review the exact preview carefully and publish only information appropriate for unrestricted public access.

You can unpublish your page at any time from within the app. Unpublishing makes your page immediately inaccessible to the public.

8. Messaging

Messages on Mango Connections are private between the sender and recipient. We do not read your messages except where required by law, or when investigating a report of abuse.

Mango Connections is a "clearing house" — it is a space for initial contact. We do not prevent users from moving their conversations off the platform; that is a natural and expected part of how the product works.

You must not use the messaging system to send unsolicited commercial messages, threats, or illegal content.

9. Merchandise orders

Mango currently provides printable or downloadable presentation files. The card-ordering control is a non-fulfilling test stub: it takes no payment, collects no shipping address and places no order with Gelato or any other supplier.

If paid fulfilment is introduced later, the checkout will identify pricing, supplier terms, shipping and applicable Australian Consumer Law rights before an order is placed.

10. Aimee (AI assistant)

Aimee is an AI-powered profile assistant that helps interview, draft, edit and critique profile content. Relevant source text and answers may be processed by DeepSeek; bounded imported-image OCR may use Google Gemini. Generated or extracted content is a draft for your review and may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for every fact you approve and publish.

The FREE creation journey can collect your answer and a temporary anonymous draft/session before you create an account. That temporary material is used only to provide the requested preview and retry, is retained for no more than 24 hours unless you save it to an account, and is not represented as an Aimee-generated draft when the provider is unavailable.

Some published, eligible Mangos can receive a bounded inbound enquiry from an external PageAgent/A2A client. The agent may submit a client identity, a broad counterparty summary, a purpose and an introduction request. The owner reviews the request; Mango does not automatically introduce people, disclose private contact details, run an outbound Scout, search a registry, or operate MCP for this release. Pending requests expire after the configured short period and retained task, audit and rate-limit records are deleted or minimised on the published retention schedule.

Never provide passwords, authentication secrets or financial credentials. Medical or safety information should be limited to what is necessary for the profile's intended public use and should be checked whenever circumstances change.

11. Medical, safety and finder profiles

Medical ID, dementia support, child safety, traveller safety, pet, lost-property, bicycle and equipment Mangos are passive information and identification tools. Mango does not provide diagnosis, treatment, fall detection, GPS tracking, monitoring, a staffed hotline, emergency dispatch, ownership verification or guaranteed contact delivery. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

12. Intellectual property

The Mango Connections name, logo, and platform design are owned by Mango Dog Pty Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

The underlying software is proprietary. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute it.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Mango Dog Pty Ltd is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• The conduct of other users on or off the platform
• Loss of data resulting from technical failures
• Any inaccuracies in AI-generated content

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

14. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app while signed in. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. Safety-terminated accounts may remain restricted and associated abuse-prevention records may be retained to prevent re-entry and protect members.

On termination, your public page is unpublished and your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at info@mangoconnections.com. We will make a genuine effort to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
